ACME LT-12055TNKA Heavy Duty Four Chucks Tube Laser Cutting Machine

This 4-chuck laser pipe cutting machine supports laser power from 6kW up to 30kW, delivering high-performance cutting for heavy-duty metal tube processing.

The standard loading length is available in 9m + 9m and 12m + 12m, with other customized lengths available upon request. It supports chuck diameters of 360mm, 550mm, 650mm and 850mm. All chucks are independently developed by ACME with an 8-cylinder structure, providing twice the clamping force compared to conventional 4-cylinder chucks on the market, ensuring stronger stability and longer service life.

The machine excels in heavy pipe cutting, complex profile cutting and bevel cutting, including dual-Y, dual-X and various bevel processing with high precision.

It is widely used in demanding industries such as petroleum engineering, large steel structure fabrication and other heavy industrial applications.

This pipe cutting machine is equipped with a proprietary eight-cylinder power chuck structure, which is a breakthrough upgrade compared with traditional single-cylinder or double-cylinder chuck designs. 2. Heavy-Duty Welded Bed Made of Thick Steel Plate: Ultra-High Rigidity & Durability

The machine bed is constructed with high-thickness steel plates through integrated thick plate welding technology, followed by high-temperature aging treatment and precision finishing to completely eliminate internal stress. This heavy-duty welded bed features exceptional rigidity, stability and shock resistance, far superior to cast iron beds or thin-plate welded beds on the market.
