The LT6025ES laser tube cutting machine is independently developed by ACME Laser. The bed is made of 25mm steel plate cutting and welding, and the main parts such as the bed chuck are all independently developed, designed and produced by our company. The equipment is equipped with a full-stroke pneumatic chuck, mainly used for cutting, modeling, and blanking of metal pipes, suitable for various metal pipes with diameters of 16-220mm and different shapes. The fiber laser tube cutting machine can match a variety of chucks of 16-220mm, 16-320mm, and 16-350mm; it can be customized to effectively cut pipes up to 12 meters long; the machine is equipped with a fully automatic feeding system for full. Product configuration
1. The main machine is welded with 20-25mm carbon steel plate, strictly heat-treated, and the whole plate is blanked.
2. The host adopts all Japanese Yaskawa motors, with a total of 5 servo motors.
3. Pneumatic support design makes cutting more stable. Use a large stroke automatic centering chuck.
4. The screw holes above 4mm in the whole bed are planed and milled by COLGAR large milling machine.
5. The whole machine adopts electric timing oiler, which can reduce the loss of equipment caused by insufficient lubrication
